Fall 2010 U19 Registration is Now Closed
Registration for the U19 league is now closed.
*** Please remember that EYO is an all-volunteer organization - we can only field as many teams as we get volunteers to coach. Consider how YOU can make EYO a success this season. Contact the league coordinator or soccer commissioner for ideas on how you can help. A partial list of help needed is on the left side of the main soccer page. You may need to scroll down to view the entire list.

Changes for U14 & U18
This Fall EYO Soccer will be splitting the U14 and U18 leagues into U13, U16, and U19 leagues. The reasoning is that smaller age ranges provide for safer playing conditions, more easily balanced teams, and more easily coached teams. The projection is that there will be four teams in each league. More details on each league appear below.

Fall U19 League Description and Game Information
This co-ed league is primarily for late High School/first year College students (similar to a Varsity team) and plays one game per week on Sunday afternoons, starting on September 12th, at Rockburn Park on field #6 or #5 (Turf field). No tryouts or evaluations are required to play. Game start times will be 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on most weekends and 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM on some others. Mid-week practices will start one to two weeks before the first game. Practice days, times and locations at coaches' discretion. Participation awards at the end of the season. Eligibility: Those players who were 16 through 18 years old on August 1, 2010. What to Bring: Jerseys and socks are provided to players. All players must wear shinguards and bring a drink to each session. Soccer cleats and a size 5 soccer ball are recommended. Baseball and football shoes have a front cleat which is dangerous and are not acceptable unless this cleat is cut off. No jewelry allowed. Pierced earrings will not be permitted to be taped over. Sports goggles or eyeglass straps are highly recommended for safety reasons. Contact the league coordinator, whose email address is at the bottom of this page, for additional information. Click the schedule tab for more detailed game information as the season approaches. If games are canceled due to inclement weather the league coordinator will attempt to schedule mid-week makeup games whenever possible.
